Take the Tauber Valley Panorama Route from Wertheim to Freudenberg or the Main Hiking Path through vineyards, along past the Triefenstein Monastery and on to Kreuzwertheim. A section of the Way of St. James also runs along the Tauber Valley, and of course there is a point to stamp your card in Wertheim.
